Serge Carignan, P. Eng. is Technical Director at AVT. He directs a team of engineers in charge of the Technical Specifications for the acquisition of all city buses purchased in the province of Quebec since 2000. Mr. Carignan has also conducted several technical studies and recently he was given the mandate to lead efforts for the electrification of buses for the 9 urban transport companies in Quebec. |
